The Honor 9X is a mid-range smartphone but it’s a successor of last year’s Honor 8X and interestingly the company’s first to house a pop-up selfie camera – very much like Oppo F11 Pro Thus, it’s a bezel-less smartphone with an impressive 92% screen-to-body ratio.

The handset will arrive alongside its elder brother named Honor 9X Pro with only difference in RAM, ROM, and rear-mounted cameras. Both devices, however, will be equipped with the same HiSilicon Kirin 810 Chipset (7nm) and a 6.59-inches display with Full HD+ resolution. In terms of battery, 9X and 9X Pro will be housing a whopping 4000mAh battery. Other similarities include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, standard 3.5mm headphone jack, and a micro USB port. The major difference between both devices falls in RAM and storage as Honor 9X is backed by 4GB and 6GB of RAM with 64GB and 128GB of onboard memory respectively whereas honor 9X Pro has up to 8GB of RAM and a gigantic 256GB of storage. What else? Honor 9X Pro, on paper, is bearing a triple 48MP + 8MP + 2MP and a 16MP pop-up selfie snapper to assist you in video calls and selfies with your nearest and dearest. One will be able to pick Honor 9X in a choice of three sensational colours – Black, Blue, and Red whereas 9X Pro will come in Black or Purple colours only.
