Redmi 7A Specifications

The newly announced Redmi 7A comes with an impressive and bright 5.45-inches display which is notch-less but has 18:9 aspect ratio. There is an earpiece on the top bezel of the phone along with a 5MP front-facing camera and proximity sensor. The bottom bezel, however, is covered by Redmi logo only. The back of the phone is loaded with a single 13MP camera lens with LED Flash – but there is no fingerprint scanner on the handset.

Digging down inside the handset, it’s powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 Chipset and two different storage options – 16GB or 32GB. Interestingly, Redmi 7A comes with an external microSD card slot that let you take the storage to the next level (up to 256GB). Software-wise, it’s running on Android Pie 9.0 operating system with MIUI 10 on top. To keep things moving all day long, there is a 4000mAh non-removable battery which is supported with 10W charging. Thus, it doubles the rate as the predecessor Redmi 6A. Very much like all other devices, it comes with a bunch of connectivity options i.e. 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0 and there is a 3.5mm audio jack.

Pricing

Coming in two sensational colours to choose from – Black and Blue and it’s priced CNY 549-599 which is approx. $80-86. It’s all set to be landed on stores on June 6 Wednesday and the Chinese market will be the first to get it.
