As we know if Microsoft requires us to have a PC that has a minimum TPM of 2.0, then also a PC that supports with Secure Boot. - But if you want to make clean install not upgrading, you can replace the files on your sources installation folder with this one, see tutorial here. By replacing some of the files in the sources folder in your installation file with the files we provide you will be able to upgrade Windows 11 easily.
