There’s a group of people who’re unable to install the feature update due to compatibility issue. We’re offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn’t quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you’ll see the update available on this page. There is nothing you need to do this time Launch Settings app and then go to Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security > Core isolation details. Here, you need to Disable Core Isolation. After that, try to update. This time you shouldn’t see this banner.
